In Dairy industry Milk Temperature is of utmost importance for the quality of the Milk. A leading Dairy industry Bulk Milk Cooler supplier required to keep track of the Milk Temperature. They had tried SMS based solution but keeping track of all the SMS became headache. ESD used to supply the Bulk Milk Cooler controller which controllers Agitator, Compressor and measures the temperature.

SOLUTION

Our team integrated the 4G LTE SIM based Solution and integrated it with the Standard BMC Controller.

2. If any particular BMC shows high temperature then Dairy person can immediately call them and ask to take corrective action like turning on the DG set in case of power failure.
